^ Thanks for that - and the feedback. If we never report the good and the bad, there are no data points or reference for performance feedback, reassignment, retraining or the like. (At least on
PUCCI's airline there is a cabin crew member with supervisorial responsibilities; not so on American.)
I once reported two male FAs on a flight ex-UIO because they ignored a number of safety issues (clearing exit rows, etc.) and "allowed" the female FAs to do all the real work while they kibitzed and generally acted more like passengers than paid employees.
And I do not fail to send positive comments / kudos about employees deserving of them - that's really the behaviour I want to highlight.
