A quick update:
Freddie had some fun with
MRP Alert, including a ride on BA's inaugural LHR-LAS service in late October. He then travelled with
MRP Alert for the full Star Mega DO (ORD-EWR on UA, JFK-FRA on LH, FRA-OSL-TLS-FRA on Condor), and greatly enjoyed the special FT charter flights, especially the low approach and fly-by at TLS.
On the final day of the DO, I had the pleasure of presenting a beautiful poster of Freddie Jr.'s flight map, courtesy of
shoggoth, co-founder of

www.flugstatistik.de. The basis for the poster can be found, as always, at
http://my.flightmemory.com/freddiejr. I had initially intended to give it to Randy himself, but unfortunately he had to leave for London on very short notice early that morning.
Tommy777 accepted the poster in his stead, who passed it to
SkiAdcock to take to the Moderator Meeting in Munich. Hopefully, it is now on its way to Colorado Springs with its intended recipient.
As for Freddie - he is now in the care of
sbm12, headed for New York (by way of LAX, of course
).
