Why does LH post incorrect STAR status on boarding passes
Most of us taking the LH TATL at the STAR MegaDo noticed at JFK that our non-M&M FF program status showed up incorrectly on our boarding passes. All are STARGolds, but bp only showed STARSilver (i.e. "UAP" or "ACP") in most. Same happened using OLCI even though status was supposedly "fixed" by lounge agent. Is LH's system incapable of proper STAR recognition?
