Saver award redemptions have been challenging for quite some time, but it appears to have got much worse much faster than I anticipated. I mostly book International business awards for family members, but it has become difficult even if I booked 7-8 months out. This year I have been booking 45,000 domestic FC awards to try to get rid of the remaining Delta skymiles, so far that hasn't been too much a problem.
