I have confirmed tickets on C class for MAA-SIN. I wish to change the dates to one day later. I booked through an US based travel website.I have emailed AI with no response till now. My only thoughts are to go to the AI office in India while I am there to change the dates. Does anyone have similar experience in this matter. I am unable to cancel the tickets and book a new one since i booked through an american website and they won't offer refund.
Kindly advise.
