As far as the logistics of running AC, sure. As far as loyalty programs, not really. If the subway, dry cleaner, and Tim's all offered a loyalty program, then I think most people who are members of those programs might be taken aback at the progressive erosion of their benefits. What's the point of comparing a company with a loyalty program to one that has never had one?
