Question What is a "reasonable quantity" of baby formula? Also other Qs.

I have several trips coming up with a new baby...my first time travelling with an infant since 9/11. Hoping to hear what your experiences are.

1) What is considered a reasonable quantity of baby formula? I would like to have 48 hours worth with me...one trip in particular may be problematic to get to a store to get more if bags are lost or late. DS is partial to one particular ready to feed, and I am thinking a vacation would not be a good time to test something new.

2) We have a rather big stroller that we would like to gate check. How difficult is this?

3) Should we plan for longer than average time to get through security?

Thanks so much...
