Lost my 1K status almost 2 years ago, so now I'm a Clampett flyer. ((

But just booked a major RT flight SYD to PHX, all three tix in BC. Well, one domestic leg (LAX-DEN) is Economy. As a non-status, E+ is blocked off. But, am I entitled to E+ as an Award Ticket Booked in C? As I recall, I am, unless things have changed in the last 2 years.

Also, am I entitled to waitlist for domestic First? If so, PA or PB? Or only at the airport?
