Hi Folks:

Writing this from UA 15, free wifi, JFK - SFO (said wifi is free for 1 more week).

Have noticed my in seat power shutting down for my MacBook Pro 15'. Plug it in, get juice for a few mins, then the power stops (light in seat turns yellow from normal green).

FA just told me they've rewired all the p.s. planes to shut down power for Apple laptops because they suck too much juice and have caused smoke in the past.

So, I have free wifi but not enough battery power to make it across the country, go figure (I was planning on having power).

Any fixes? I have 5 hours to go still and lots of surfing to do!
