Change fee waivers are based on status at the time of the change. That being said when you pass the threshold for MVPG and once your MP# is recognized as such in the reservations system, you should call and have your MP# removed and re-added to any existing reservations. You will then be in the proper queue for upgrades and your PNR will show MVPG in case you need to make any changes.
