I am a side sleeper, and actually find that better than the full flat position is a "Z" recliner position. I never put these seats fully flat (NW, AA, LH, AF, etc)
I use the "cradle" position (the button other than lie flat) on the 330 as well. I find it works decently although I have never been a huge fan of the 330's seats in J. Sometimes I find myself missing the DC-10's barcalounger.
