I like Hyatt benefits very much, because unlike SPG, Diamonds are GUARANTEED to receive the benefits. With SPG, there are too many 'subject to availability' clause...

And you forget the fact that you always only need to book the most basic room and you'll get upgraded to the best non-suite room anyway!
