It seems like this is a property which has been good to FTers in the past, and Hyatt in general is a great brand with good people...so we should think about whether or not we should press the hotel on it.
Some poor person at the hotel is probably panicking about his/her mistake in posting that rate.
But part of the blame does rest with Hyatt....there is the principle of the thing...when a hotel makes a mistake they should honor it or try to make amends.
Simply changing the rate and not informing people, or telling the customer that the customer changed it is the wrong way to handle it.
