Just called the hotel to speak to the General Manager..Was told he works Mon-Fri .. They said they could put me through to his voice mail..I declined..He is gone for the weekend .. The front desk person said the manager on duty is on lunch..I did not say anything about WHY I WAS CALLING..
If they do not want to honour my 27 nights, They can BUY them back at at 50 % of the rate they are now showing on there site..
HYATT should HONOUR the rate or pay COMPENSATION..
