I was at the newly renovated PHL RCC and on 11/05 and all alcoholic beverages were complimentary. I'm not 100% certain on the reason, but think they may be in the process of renewing their liquor license. I don't know how long this will last, but hopefully everyone travelling through Philly in the next few days can check out the new RCC and enjoy a few free drink.
