My, you've been busy today, asking pretty much the same question in about 4 posts. I responded to one of them about US API.

As your question in this forum is not just about the US, BA tells us that it is obliged to collect info for transmission to relevant countries. I'm on a slow connection at the moment and haven't checked the link you quote but I know that BA does list the countries on its website.
