No. Unless you have status with another airline and then you can request a status match. Otherwise they're not going to give you even silver status based on your mileage balance and that you've been elite in the past. Why would it matter anyway if you're just going to be burning miles? You won't receive upgrades on award tickets. If you want free baggage allowance and priority boarding then apply for one of the credit cards. Otherwise just redeem for First/BusinessFirst awards or buy a revenue ticket and upgrade with miles.
