I stayed at the Hilton Madrid Airport for one night last week (mid-week); very nice stay and agree with most of the positive comments that have been made above. As a GLD I was upgraded to a room on the "Presidential Floor" (one floor above the Executive Floor) with lounge access and was also given a choice between breakfast in the lounge or in the restaurant. The person who checked me in mentioned that GLD at this property is given the same treatment as DIA. All staff members that I talked with were helpful & friendly.
The lounge, as mentioned, offers two computers for use. They have an afternoon tea (1500-1800, IIRC) which included a few desserts, tea sandwiches, chips & nuts. In the evening (1800-2200?), they offered two light hot choices (I don't recall what they were that evening), sandwiches & light desserts.
The room was nice (very modern in style) & I appreciated the heated tile floors in the morning.

IIRC there were two comped bottles of water in the room.
I took the shuttle bus both from & to the airport with no delays on either direction; after landing at the airport I called to inquire if the shuttle runs regularly or if we need to call for it & was told it runs on a regular basis without calling; the bus arrived about 5 minutes later. In the morning all of the pax on the shuttle were heading to T4 so no extra stops en route at the other terminals.
