We saw a mouse running in and out of the kitchen of the restaurant at the train station near Varansi, a fellow traveller managed to get a photo much to the amusement of the staff. Needless to say we continued to eating.

With reagrds to the OP, yes it is not nice to see a bug but if it's a mossie? they're tiny. I've seen a few in my time. Just move it aside and continued to eat. If it was a bluebottle or something of that size, I would be horrified.

Mosquito's are difficult to see at the best of times, I've tried killing the buggers in Ghana, as soon as see one, roll up magazine turn round and they've gone! I've found out the UV fly killers (ones you see in butchers) have no effect on them!
