The one and only time I have arrived into T5 in First, I forgot to ask about them and simply had a shower! I've just booked a First return in Spring, as there was no CW availability, so I might get another chance - however a few threads on here suggest that they may not really exist and I haven't managed to find any photos at all.
I've used the bath once and won again. It's only available if you travel in First and then the staff make a big deal about it at the lounge from my experience anyway and keep double checking if you really want to use it.

When you do finally get to use it I myself thought it was a huge come down. The room is like a visit to the dentist. Very sterile.
