This is actually a good question that I've never thought to ask for. Me and the GF sometimes switch to her account for a stay so she can maintain her plat status, but I've never asked for any diamond benefits when we do this. I just assumed the answer would be no. But now that I think about it, except for any points, maybe I will ask for an upgrade and/or breakfast certs.
