They definitely do exist. I've had the opportunity to use one, but turned it down. Unlike the soaking tubs at the Wings FC lounge in HKG, these are not in elegant, peaceful surroundings...just big, white plastic tubs in a small. white, plastic rooms with harsh lighting. Of course, to each his own.
