1. If it were me I'd be asking for some sort of compensation, perhaps a couple of hundred FF miles. After all, if you found a fly in your food in a restaurant, if it was a quality establishment you'd expect them to, say, deduct your drinks from the final bill, or make some sort of other financial restitution.
