As I mentioned in another post, the degree of comfort gained from recline is subjective -- no one has to justify to you or anyone else why they want to recline or how much benefit they gain thereby. As far as "angst" goes, I find the sense of entitlement displayed by many these days to be truly astonishing. No one has the right to impose on anyone else. It is rude to impose on anyone else. Nonetheless, there are those who think they can dictate accommodations to others predicated solely upon their own comfort or convenience. You are not comfortable when the seat in front of you is reclined. That is unfortunate, but it no one's problem but your own. Demanding that others accommodate your problem to their detriment is, frankly, something I simply cannot comprehend.
