Nothing will compare with the Bel Air, but if you like that sort of a feel, the Beverly Hills Hotel will come closest. Four Seasons (Doheny) is probably the next closest. All the others, including the Penninsula, which is the highest rated, are more urban.

Santa Monica is like a totally different city; very far away even with a car. If the OP wishes to be near BH/WeHo, Shutters is a poor choice.
