Just got back from a 4 night award stay. The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. Every staff member we encountered spoke excellent English.

I am a Diamond member and got upgraded to the executive floor with full access to the executive lounge. The lounge was one of the nicest I have ever seen with snacks and drinks available the whole day. Having access to the lounge greatly cut down on our food bill as Paris is very expensive.

One hint about getting back to the airport. Pick up the PrintTemps map of Paris at the front desk. If you take the map to the PrintTemps store they will give you a ticket good for a free ride on the Air France Shuttle back to CDG.
