1) The 330 is 2x4x2 seating so if you like the window it's a huge plus to go on the 330. 777 is newer and bigger but it's 3x3x3 seating which sucks if you are at the window at 2 people are between you and the aisle. Both planes have the new interior and ptvs.

2) I think the business class is bigger on the 777, a quick check on seatguru or ac's website will tell you this.
