yes it's been doing that a lot - and the increase flexibility price is normally way above the standard J price if you call

thankfully for my original booking, BA have told me they're going to refund it in full, and have put it down to a problem on Ba.com

so keep a look out at the selling class and ticket rules on Ba.com before you press buy!
