Your right SC. But if it's about neighborhoods though, the PA's is the best in BKK. For me - the SG every time. A much nicer hotel than the rest and IMO worth the extra 3K Starpoints. It's right there at Asoke next to the Skytrain and MRT. You can get virtually anyplace quickly and easily. You can even take a klong boat down to the Chao Praya.
