You can order KSML for the FCT or either of the FCL's. Have done it many times. Just call LH (preferably in Israel or US) and ask them. You will get an F class meal from 'Sohar', same as the plane - breakfast in the morning, main meal at lunch time, or 'supper' (= second meal) in evening.
Food is excellent, probably the best KSML's I have had. You can see some pictures on FF's picture page. The menu changes every other month - ie all even months are the same, all odd months are the same.
