Welcome to Flyertalk.

I recommend that you consider calling after your 25th stay to have your stay manually posted to assure that your status reflects Diamond for your stay on the 20th. Further, at the same time, you can have the CS folks flag the Denver reservation to assure you get Diamond treatment without the card.

When I first qualified for Diamond last year, I had a similar situation with a narrow time frame from final qualifying stay to next, and I found customer service to be quite helpful in assuring I received status recognition properly.
