Angry Miles did not go to OnePass account. Help needed....

Here is a bit long and a bit sad story...

Booked SDF-EWR-HKG, HKG-EWR-SDF in December 2008 for January 2009 travel. At that time I was using my NW account to get miles for Skyteam travel, so I put my NW # in the reservation. Could not go, canceled the reservation, got credit.

6 month later rebooked it for same route 10/17 SDF-EWR-HKG, 10/25 HKG-EWR-SFD. By that time I got some CO miles through a credit card offer and some travel. All along was accessing this new reservation through continental web site using my OnePass number. Registered for double miles promo, was all excited about getting 8,700 x 2 x 2 miles and getting Silver Elite status.

3 weeks after initial travel, still no miles on the account. Called them today, sure enough, miles for the initial trip went to my NW account -> Delta skymiles. No double miles.

As far as miles for the trip back - nobody knows where they are. Supposedly, after NW will reject them (if they will) since CO is not in Skyteam anymore, these miles should post on my OnePass account...

Talked to Delta as well - once miles are on the account, there is no way to cancel them or get them back to CO.

So, the question of my first post here are FT forum - can anything be done or I am just SOL?
