Just a word of warning for those of you booking directly with BA.com at the moment, and wanting flexible tickets: there's some weird anomaly (at least i'd like to hope its not intentional), where on selecting flexible conditions, the site offers up restricted / non-refundable tickets for booking. I think they know about it - I did previously email and got a reply saying they were aware of the problem - but I've just been short-changed on a refund tonight to the tune of £400 - i think from the same problem. I'm going to do what i can to get my money back, but if you're booking directly at BA.com, check and double-check your booking class and conditions
