We are booked to stay at the IC Aphrodite Hills for 7 nights in a few weeks, in a Club Junior Suite. I've just received a call from the hotel telling me the club is being refurnished during my stay . But club benefits will still apply by at the bar! The guy was very vague on the phone and when I asked him question he just put the phone down.

Has anyone any experience of staying in this hotel or any others when the club lounge is shut and how they compensate you because of this.

I’m only an Ambassador member so wont receive free minibar, is it likely they would give me free minibar during the stay as compensation and breakfast in the restaurant? I’m a bit concerned as I known food prices are extremely high in this hotel.

I going to email the hotel and ask for clarification, but if anyone can provide any advice or past experiences it will be greatly appreciated.
