Thanks for the feedback. Not really looking for a sex worker--and in fact, their abundance in PRG was a major turnoff.

Looking at the logistics (and hotel rates), flying to Krabi or Phuket are looking more realistic... Even at Thai prices!

So fly in Wednesday, fly down to Phuket/Krabi Thursday afternoon, fly back to BKK Saturday later, fly home Monday?
