Award flight with connection at LHR, which taxes do i have to pay?

Hey everyone,
i planning to book a AA award flight, but i want to know how much the difference is, that i have to pay if i take BRU-JFK-LAX-ORD-BRU or AMS-LHR-LAX-LHR-AMS. Do you have to pay for the United Kingdom Passenger Service Charge (UB).

So, to make a long question short: which fees, taxes and charges do you have to pay when flying an award flight.

Thanks from The Netherlands!
