There was a thread on these a while back, but to summarize the changes that went into effect on October 24 and November 1:

230-259: NW International Europe
280-349: NW International Asia
2100-2999: NW Domestic/North America (all aircraft EXCEPT DC-9)
7000-7399: NW Domestic/North America (DC-9)
