Wow - now I really understand why everyone loves LH ground services!

LHR-FRA delayed by an hour, but had Cayenne waiting to take me to the terminal. Onward flight already boarding but went to FCL B where staff were exceptionally pleasant and issued a new boarding pass and said we would board in 15-20min. Lovely lounge - comparable to T5 CCR IMO, though I do prefer the CCR overall. Had a couple of drinks and a snack and they collected me with an S-Class to the plane. Loved the whole experience and made the transfer unbelievably calm and easy despite delays. No stress. I love how they open the plane door for you when you board......

On board have to say I don't like the seat at all - terrible for F if I'm entirely honest. Menus looked great though and the food and wines went down well. Champagne average but otherwise a great flight. If LH sort out a new seat it will be a fantastic exprience all-in.
