I have been really impressed with Incase. They seem to really understand the needs of a traveler. A lot of compartments, smooth exteriors without too many straps to get caught up on things.

I just returned my backpack for what I thought was some stitching that might fail in the future. Now I am just waiting to see how their customer service is. That will determine if I am a life long customer or not.
