Not much in terms of food... cheese, some fruits, crackers, chex mix, and lately some nice Olives. If you are there from 7am til 3pm definitely eat in the airport. I love hot dogs so I prefer National Coney Island. If you go over to Fudruckers for a burger, make sure you give yourself at least an EXTRA 20 minutes. They are terribly slow and have very limited seating.
And unfortunately only does medium-well burgers (or it's well-done, one of the two). It's a good haul away from the A gates as well, in addition to being slow.
There is supposedly a Popeye's open now in the A Concourse. Otherwise, nothing special for food...standard airport selection of greasy joints, a Chili's Too - nothing you wouldn't see at any typical large airport.
