I am looking to book a flight on the 13th from PVD to IAH. One of the flights that comes up is flight 7253 to Detroit on a DC9-30 and flight 7121 on a DC9-30 to IAH.
OK, 7121 should be a commuter airline, but a DC9? And 7253, according to their schedule, shouldnt even be a valid number! Are these really NW flights?
They are changing many flight numbers because NW and DL can't have any of the same #'s beginning in January when the Operating certificates are combined. They have been adding a leading 3 west bound and a leading 2 east bound on INT flights for a month now. They are surely into the regional flights at this point.
