As far as I can see, JetAbroad imposes substantial "service fees" on tickets -- over $130 for the itineraries I searched. Granted, these service fees were on $1500 tickets, so all in all it's still a savings, but on cheaper itineraries the 20% back just seems to rebate the "service fee" (i.e., a $40 service fee on a $220 ticket).
