Why does our society tolerate this type of prejudice?
I would hazard a guess, that if someone made a similar comment on this board, directed towards another minority group, they would be taken to task immediately.
Most Air Canada crews I have seen, have been of mixed ages. Kind of like our society at large. Crew members should be judged on their abilities and performance, not their age.
