One thing I really dislike on the new IFE is the choice of movies. It barely changes, not too many choices compared to Qantas or Asian carriers and you get the same movies on the way back.
Personally I would strictly pick based on schedule convenience since IFE is not that big a deal for me. Worst case I watch my own stuff on the Touch or the laptop.

Choose the 767 only if airline-provided IFE is important to you. As with previous poster, I personally would not go out of my way to take a 767 for that. Bring your own laptop/dvd player and a power adapter, then you have your own IFE.

Besides, I find UA's AVOD selection somewhat limited, and relatively static.
