Yeah, I have been disappointed by on-board Sushi on other airlines and did not expect any better from SQ. What did you think of the Pheasant? Also, can I make a doneness (is that even a word?) request on the Veal chop or will I get the usual, I am sorry sir it will come out however it comes out?
Lastly, from my reading, it appears that if a menu item looks better than my BTC item, I can request that instead of or maybe even in addition to my BTC item, is that still true?

To be honest, I had checked the ANA Tool and did not even see SQ as an option(I did not know anything about STARnet), I was trying for NH. When the agent came back with SQ11, I was shocked and booked it before her computer could change its mind, funny enough NH was unavailable in F, which the ANA tool showed as avail.
