IMO, it depends in large part HOW you are going to acquire the F seats. I wouldn't worry about the difference if you weren't concerned about upgradeability for example, but I've ridden F in both the new 763s and the 777s.
They weren't markedly different from my perspective, YMMV.

Thanks. Would be using miles to get an F seat directly, so upgradeability wouldn't be an issue.
