We are just helpful citizens.......not professional planners or employed by the team. This may be a one time deal on our part.
Call the planner people. Maybe for a one time event you are out of luck but my wife books blocks for my kids hockey teams as a planner and gets all the benes associated. This is probably 25-30 rooms 4 or 5 times a year.
