I normally fly Lufthansa or Singapore Airlines, and as a first-time flyer of Air Canada's business class I was wary of broken IFE, mediocre food and cavalier flight attendants as reported by other contributors. But my experience was the opposite! My round trip from London to Montreal was an absolute delight from start to finish. Flights on time, chatty, witty and obliging attendants who handled a full cabin extremely well, delicious food and wines, good entertainment, and, most of all, a delightful seat that was extremely comfortable in both the upright and fully horizontal mode. Much better than the Lufthansa "slide". Well done Air Canada! I shall use you again soon.
