Also sorry to hear about your recent experience. I left there on Friday the 10th and again enjoyed the staff and stay. Because of the unique architecture, none of the rooms are identical in shape/design. Even as a platinum, I have had some rooms that I would consider small for an upscale hotel but would not trade it for another hotel. I look forward to my stays here and would not look into another property.
