No lounge at all if flight arrives early

While I was not pleased four postings ago about the lounge policy for late night departures, it got much worse on the way back:

Our flight from BKK arrived about 30 minutes early, at 4.45 am instead of the schedules 5:15 am. If this happens, there is NO lounge at all, for 45 minutes! All you can do is sit on the naked floor (because all the chairs in public waiting areas are all taken by travellers staying there overnight).

This really an embarrassing treatment for "premium" customers. Any airline other than OS, would make at least some limited arrangements, e.g. opening one lounge with limited food/drink offerenings or opening a waiting area which has some seating space.

Complaining about it resulted in an e-mail stating there are no plans to change that ... well, I think that's when we have to vote by foot.
